It took me about a week to finally set up my Etsy shop. My accountability partner shared with me that it should have only taken about 3 or 4 hours to set up, lol. Actually I began setting it up in November 2021 I believe. I had a few products up but ZERO sales.
Also, I didn’t put too much thought into it. I just wanted to get it up there and over with and that probably showed.
For example, the presentations of each product were not formatted correctly. In Canva, I simply dragged my journal template as it was into my product mockup templates. At the time, I didn’t know how to format my products for Etsy ads.
I have since learned how to turn my journal templates into presentation ad layouts for Etsy, thanks to Canva and my accountability partner.
This is why I’m no longer Tarafied of Etsy. I can go ahead and create as many Etsy listings as I want now!
